6-month Contract Role
Location: Austin, TX or Remote


Job Summary

Bractlet is seeking an ambitious recruiter to work on a contract basis with our Talent Acquisition Team in coordinating our hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates to fill open requisitions. The ideal candidate is accustomed to working in fast paced environments, and has good business acumen. Hours may fluctuate based on recruiting load. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, you are smart and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.


  • Responsible for leading candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and marketing the firm.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and establish a recruiting process to fill open roles in a timely manner.
  • Utilize online resources, social media, employee referrals and networking to identify qualified active and passive candidates for open positions.
  • Develop new sources to find talent for current and future openings.
  • Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Coordinate and lead the in-person interview process.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (social media recruiting)
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience in mass recruitment and a proven track record in successfully recruiting professionals across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be hard working, a team player and able to multi-task.
  • Software industry hiring experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn.
