Bractlet hosted a panel discussion at CREtech‘s Reimagining Real Estate Sustainability Summit on Thursday, October 1, 2020, featuring James Dice, Founder of Nexus Labs, Jack Gregoire, Vice President and Senior Property Manager at Transwestern, and Alec Manfre, Bractlet’s CEO. They discussed how the modern CRE portfolio requires increased analytical rigor for building operations and energy management, and they explored the pain points in connection with outdated methods of data collection, reporting, and analysis. This lack of progress has held companies back from achieving optimal experiences for their tenants, cutting costs, and reaching their sustainability goals. The panel examined common building health and energy management issues and how new technology is addressing these problems.
