About the Job


As Bractlet continues to rapidly grow, you will be instrumental in ensuring we successfully scale. You will have the latitude and responsibility to build program management structures and processes that substantially impact the organization in the short and long term.


This is a full-time position based in our Austin office.



  • Oversee the execution of initiatives within the product development team; ensure timelines are met, projects have the necessary resources, and dependencies are understood
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across product, development, R&D, customer success, and support to coordinate and manage dependencies and needs
  • Develop, iterate, and manage Jira projects and its structure to ensure efficiency of development, process, and reporting
  • Manage cadence and reporting of goal setting, retrospectives, and internal and external communication
  • Ensure the team is efficiently operating by working with leadership to create and iterate on tools and processes
  • Work with the leadership team to define short and long term roadmaps and communicate them across the organization
  • Work with leadership and product owners to define, manage, and report out on team goals, key outcomes, and KPIs
  • Setup and manage executive level dashboards that serve as a single pane of glass into product and development operations and initiatives

About You


  • You have 5+ years of project management or program management experience within the technology industry
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • You understand the product development process and lifecycle
  • You deeply understand agile methodologies because you have lived them
  • You are able to distill technical concepts into simple communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You have no issue with and in fact thrive in ambiguous, complex, and challenging environments
  • You are able to balance short-term and long-term decision making
  • You are able to effectively decide when to handle something on your own or when to bring in outside help
  • You have a meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • You have experience with Jira



  • Expert level user of Jira
  • You have worked as a software engineer or product manager
